it is meant to play alongside gandalf-elrond-spglorfy for "black gate opens"

basics:

  • buff the brothers and with their ability and possible res from arwen,
  • to get sentinel and ranged, Elven Mail and Rivendell Bow is mandatory. prefer to seak them with Open the Armory
  • give Elrohir the Steward of Gondor
  • Gondorian Shield for maximum defense value and maximum readying after defense, to gain a maximum of defenses, he can pile up to (3 + 2 + 1(cloak) + 2(warning)) = 8 that is usefull there are attacks of str 6 and shadow with +3
  • with Warrior Sword #elladan can get a huge attack, with the Rivendell Bow and many enemies engaged, you can first kill all enemys at your partner with increased attack and if attacks are left, these engaged with you
  • to get the Banner of Elendil earlier in play, arwen could give to Aragorn

i have also a 3-hunters-deck with the 3 noldor, but i prefer this:

  • more usage of the Banner of Elendil compare to 3 h

  • some safety-allies usuable for questing and fighting and dyding when needed

  • more carddraw because of Beravor AND GlĂ©owine and Master of the Forge

  • Lembas and Miruvor for additional readying and healing for the brothers

  • Steed of the North for either the brothers or Aragorn

  • Miruvor is worth 2 att/defenses (depending on wich brother have it)

  • Errand-rider can help to get one more defense or attack (or ringres) as needed (depending on wich brother get the res)

  • spare shadowcancelling for the effect: "defending character cannot be readied until the end of the round", or in later rounds, "increase attack by the counter on black gate"
