The basic premise is to build up Círdan the Shipwright so he's holding Herugrim and can apply his and Galadriel's combined absurd willpower into enough damage to kill just about anything. Théoden keeps popping out cheap helpful allies and chump blockers in the meantime. Súlien's around to help out with Tale of Tinúviel if you want to show off, and Cirdan's card power combined with multiples of various named cards to discard keeps things moving even though it's a 60-card deck.

Note that Nenya's Action is only a Quest Action so you can't use it to boost Círdan the Shipwright attacks in the Combat Phase.

Also you need to attach Nor am I a Stranger to Círdan the Shipwright before you can attach Herugrim. Just something to keep in mind.
