The rare deck with free threat reduction from both Elrond's Counsel and The Shirefolk. Get the benefits from Red Book of Westmarch without needing to load up on Hobbit allies. Draws tons of cards to consistently keep threat low and quest hard.

Use The Last Alliance to 1) apply Red Book of Westmarch bonus to Noldor 2) play Hobbit Pipe on Noldor 3) play The Shirefolk

Play Red Book of Westmarch from discard pile with Reforged.

Hobbit Pipe is to bank cards from your opening hand to boost cards in your later hands. You run out of cards quickly, given the demand from Arwen Undómiel, Lindon Navigator, Imladris Caregiver.

Great q. Used in a fellowship with another hobbit deck. For solo play I'd recommend Frodo Baggins.
