"Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky" JRR Tolkien
The three elven rings of power: Narya, Nenya and Vilya are some of the most powerful attachments in the game. I wanted to share a slightly altered, #RCO friendly version of a deck I made that utilizes all three elven rings of power, that is largely thematic and also fun to play.
Heroes:
Círdan the Shipwright: Wields Narya and provides incredible action advantage.
Elrond: Wields Vilya and brings with it the most powerful archetype in the game as well as resources smoothing and enhanced healing.
Galadriel: Wields Nenya supports in questing, threat reduction, and card draw.
Strategy:
Starting hand: Ideally you would like to see Vilya in your starting hand, but Heed the Dream can also be beneficial as you want to get Vilya on Elrond as quickly as possible.
How to play: No surprise the piloting of the deck revolves around getting expensive allies out for free, with a little bit of luck, using Vilyathat then do not need to exhaust thanks to to Galadriel's passive ability. This makes getting Gandalf out that much sweeter when he can quest for free and still be ready for combat. If you have Narya attached to Círdan the Shipwright then Gandalf can quest for 4 and then either defend twice with 5 or defend once and then attack back with 5 . Use Galadriel, Elrond's Counsel, and The Galadhrim's Greeting to keep your threat low as this deck starts with a pretty high threat. Steward of Gondor can enter with Vilya or by paying for it with Círdan the Shipwright once he has Narya attached as it gives him the icon.
I hope you enjoy and happy questing!
