It's damage time! Gimli and Glóin make a great father son team as they take damage and get stronger for their hurts. Glóin can generate huge amounts of resources once he gets access to some consistent healing.
Bifur comes along to provide access for that healing, but he can take one of the extra resources Gloin is going to provide every turn, which will help a lot with distributing Gloin's goods.
Speaking of which, Narvi's Belt is just as critical for sharing the load. Galadriel can help search for the belt and for the attachments that increase Gloin's and Gimli's ability to take hits. Of these, Vigilant Guard is most notable for the ability to take a damage from another hero or ally. I've found this skill to be quite useful for countering surprise shadow cards that would otherwise kill Gimli, Gloin, or a key ally.
The deck is certainly not very strong on questing and works best in a fellowship with a strong questing deck. But the Longbeard Elder and Mirkwood Explorer allies do help with getting progress and Gandalf and Galadriel can provide quick pushes on a given round. Cram and the Erebor Record Keeper will help Gimli or Gloin quest and then attack/defend.
Nice deck! I would probably drop a copy or two of Azain in favor of a couple options, say a copy of Celebrían's Stone to help with questing or even another Galadriel, or 1x Ioreth for some additional healing, or a few Sneak Attacks which help with everything. Upping the count on the Sellswords is an option to help with questing too.
