Preferred Player Count: 1-2, (3-4)
Rating:
Premise
This is a deck combining the Bond of Friendship contract with the Dale archetype. Bond of Friendship gives you access to more resources (especially wit Gríma) and therefor quite a good start, which is also helped by action advantage and furter draw through Galadriel. The deck funktions best in solo I belive, with the high threat becoming quickly an issue in higher player counts due to the rapid engagement of enemies. I enjoy the deck quite a bit as it is a Dale deck with a few cards that you wouldn't traditionally expect in a Dale deck.
How To Play
I like to see either King of Dale, Keys of Orthanc or Steward of Gondor in my opening hand to enable a quick start in terms of resources. A card like Peace, and Thought is also very valuable to ensure continued draw for your many resources.
Considerations
In higher player counts, Gríma and Keys of Orthanc should definitely be switched out for Thurindir and Thalion. Rhovanion Outrider also becomes a very interesting prospect and is probably a good shout over either the Long Lake Fisherman or North Realm Lookout (depending on your preference). The Long Defeat and Scout Ahead are nice options if you want to lean more heavily into the direction of sidequests.
