Premise
A nice little deck built with Hobbits and Forth, The Three Hunters!. The deck is very easy to play - try to flip the contract as soon as possible while profiting from your low starting threat in the sense of being able to pick and choose which enemies you want to tackle when.
How To Play
I either like to see a hand high on restricted attachments paired with Thorongil (to turn Merry into a decent attacker) or Expert Treasure-hunter to ensure continuous draw. Any hand with Treasure-Hunter is pretty much a keeper since you will face some real trouble keeping your hand full otherwise.
Considerations
Inner Strength is a decent swap for Power of Command in quests/fellowship setups that tax you more in terms of defense than willpower. Campfire Tales, Deep Knowledge and Double Back are great in higher player counts, The Shirefolk is useful if you are worried that Merry will be insufficient in terms of threat management.
