With the release of Thurindir I wanted to make a side-quest deck. Prepare for Battle was clearly very strong in solo play, and going Leadership-Lore allowed to use Heed the Dream to its full potential.
Deciding that two side-quests were sufficient, I decided to also use Send for Aid - with either Firyal or Faramir the ideal targets. Fetching it in the early game didn't prove difficult. The Road Goes Ever On is a song, so a copy of the Rivendell Minstrel went into the deck just to make sure.
As usual, Steward of Gondor is worth the mulligan; a strong questing ally (East Road Ranger, ideally) is welcomed in the opening hand. The deck uses Traps as a secondary theme - Ranger Spikes is perfect for avoiding combat until the side-quests are completed.
Since the deck needs time to setup it isn't well suited for quest that puts a lot of early pressure. But otherwise, I found it to be very strong.
