Who knew that you could spam allies with a mono Tactics deck?
Obviously, Hirgon makes this deck sing. However, Théoden makes people you play with think about slotting those fun Tactics heroes that never get played: Thalin or Bilbo Baggins. Also, slap a Song of Battle on any hero to get them +1. Finally, Mablung provides more resources which only accelerates the spam.
With Hirgon, you can get out a turn one Eagles of the Misty Mountains... enough said on that. Also, the Beorning Skin-changer is just an amazing card that makes previously unplayable cards -- Beorning Beekeeper -- actually something to put in your deck. Aside from the Eagles, Beorning, and Legolas, you can change up the allies however you'd like and you won't ruin the deck.
The only cards I'm iffy about are the Dagger of Westernesses and the Foe-hammers. I included these just in case you're not playing with someone who helps you draw.
