A deck built around the hand's discarding in addition to resources generation. Gildor Inglorion brings the sphere of money, its nice willpower and its drawing-with-no-opportunity-cost action consistent with the Noldor discarding mechanics.
Attach to him The One Ring, Strider, Power of Command, Steward of Gondor. Pay the allies with resources and/or discarding. Discard in the order you want to make a wise and optimal use of Mithlond Sea-watcher, Sailor of Lune and Warden of the Havens skills. Eventually pay for Lords of the Eldar to boost steady allies like Guardian of Rivendell, Wandering Exile, Rivendell Scout, Eregion Survivor and Veteran Sword-elf.
