This deck was built for the Reddit Weekly Quest #1.
The goal was to build a deck using Thalin and For Gondor! to beat Passage through Mirkwood. My idea was to have Sam Gamgee and Thalin quietly lead a bunch of Gondor allies through the forest until releasing For Gondor! at the right moment.
Key cards are Strider for Thalin and Steward of Gondor for Sam. Resourceful is included as a back-up for Steward. Allies are Gondor focused simply for thematic reasons. Anborn and Fresh Tracks boost Thalin's ability to impart some direct damage to the staging area.
