Here is a quite basic mono -spere Outlands deck. Steward of Gondor is for Hirluin to provide the necessary ressources for the outland-allies. Gaining Strength and Wealth of Gondor are for additional ressource generation. Lord of Morthond is for card draw. With a A Very Good Tale you can easily bring in additional allies.
Sword of Morthond can be used on White Tower Watchman to create a strong defender, once your Warrior of Lossarnach are in. The Anfalas Herdsman give him more hitpoints. If you don't have need for Sword of Morthond you can swap it for another copy of Strength of Arms and Wealth of Gondor each.
Men of the West returns allies from the discard pile.
Strength of Arms can be used for an All-In-Strategy for questing.
