As the title suggests, this is simply a stupid outlands deck. Not stupid like dumb. More stupid in the sense that no deck should ever need this many stats. As expected, Hirluin the Fair is the glue hero, giving you dat sweet, sweet resource match for your allies. Gandalf is here, doing his leader of men thing. He, too will help you get your off-sphere allies out, even before you manage to find Steward of Gondor, and helps with the early game enemies, as this deck starts at a noticeably higher threat. Aragorn helps you swallow those early game Legacy of NĂºmenors and Deep Knowledges like a champ, and of course is always a winner once Sword that was Broken comes down.
Speaking of which, between normal Outlands numbers, Sword that was Broken, and Faramir, this deck can put up willpower numbers that are just...well, stupid. I also love the addition of Veteran of Osgiliath to this type of deck. Great by itself, then when you hit 40 threat, much better. Let's not even mention what happens when you pull that late game Sword of Morthond and turn him into a GD sexual tyrannosaurus.

Apr 18, 2016Surely Gandalf could stand to use a certain ring in this deck, since ideally the Allies should have better stats than him! |
