Eagles All Around

Description

Just a strange and fun idea I was fiddling with, a whole mono-Tactics Fellowship that revolves all around Eagles entering and leaving play everywhere. The decks all have a few ways to churn Eagles out at an accelerated rate while Theoden improves questing all around.

There are some fun combo in here, like the Hobbit deck using The Hammer-stroke to engage all the enemies, block them with Thicket of Spears and then kill (hopefully) all of them with the Merry+Brand son of Bain combo.

would perhaps put hirgon to the deck that needs the most ressourses that is imo the eowyndeck with Charge into Battle. beside that i would spread some more Gondorian Shield and Dagger of Westernesse between the decks and put the 1 Magic Ring in each of them.

would be interesting how it will do at carn dum :)

Both Theoden's and Gwaihir's deck have two sources of extra resources: Bilbo's Good Meal and Hirgon's discount for Theoden's deck; Mablung and Proud Hunters for Gwaihir's deck. I also wanted to be able to play Oath of Eorl in both of those decks.

With that many Support of the Eagles flying around the shields and daggers seemed a bit too much, and less thematic. Since I basicallyy have no way at all to reduce my threat the Magic Rings seems a bit risky.

Foe-hammer for the Three Hunters deck is a good idea

I love this idea! I would be interested to hear about how some games went with this fellowship. Looks to me like deck 3 can't use Flight of the Eagles though, unless I'm missing something.

@Pyrodan55Flight of the Eagles is indeed a mistake in the Forth, The Three Hunters! deck (that were supposed to be Foe-Hammer). In all the others it shoud be usable.
