Two Great decks that work very well together for Questing and Attacking, having Legolas and Hands Upon the Bow means you've got a way of removing threat from the Staging Area. Also by putting Tireless Thoroughbred on Théoden you can assist Aragorn in removing enemies. Try and use Beravor for card draw and of course Círdan the Shipwright and Éowyn for questing, make sure you attach Silver Harp to Círdan the Shipwright so you can keep both cards drawn at beginning of Resource Phase, also Steed of Imladris for its excellent response.
