The Thematic Saga continues with Passaging of the Grey Company

In this series I am trying to use as many thematic cards as possible as I play the Lord of the Rings Saga quests in order, in a modified campaign mode. The modification is that I will not be raising my threat if I swap heroes in-between quests
Aragorn is returning to Helm’s Deep with Theoden, Legolas, Gimli and others when they are overtaken by a group of Dunedain, led by Halbarad bearing the Banner of Elendil which was made by Arwen Undómiel. Traveling with the 30 rangers on Steeds of the North are the twin sons of Elrond; Elrohir and Elladan.
Aragorn puts his will against Sauron's by gazing into the Palantír of Orthanc, and determines he must travel the Paths of the Dead to intercept the mercenaries heading north towards Gondor. Wielding a Reforged Andúril he hopes to enlist the Army of the Dead.
During this time Merry enjoys telling Theoden A Very Good Tale and eventually pledges his allegiance to Rohan.
Keep your threat low using Favor of the Valar and Elrond's Counsel. Try to play allies and attachments in large groups or outside the planning phase via Reforged and Stand and Fight.
