So this is my version of a Caldara deck. The usual box of tricks are included to maximise her uses. The idea is to try and get Prince Imrahil into play before triggering Caldara's ability in order to get as many allies into play as possible. Likewise, we should try and get Sword-thain onto one of our stronger allies as soon as possible (basically any of our named allies except the prince or Éomund). That way we can potentially get 4 allies into play in one go. Two copies of Fortune or Fate and a Dwarven Tomb will hopefully mean that we shall be getting multiple uses out of her too. Éowyn's ability will ensure that there are plenty of allies in the discard pile and she will provide plenty of for questing in the early stages of the game. Snowmane and Herugrim should be played on her so that she can lend a hand in combat. With two copies of The Favor of the Lady on her, she will be attacking for 8 (possibly more if you discard a card to her ability). Caldara can assist in questing or combat. As her ability doesn't require her to be ready, I find the best strategy is to quest with her and use her ability after the questing phase so that there are plenty of allies ready for combat. Eleanor should be reserved for combat or treachery cancellation. With Unexpected Courage, she will be able to do both. Imladris Stargazer should be used to ensure Emery comes into play for free. Arwen Undómiel needs to be in play to allow the use of Elrond's Counsel. That's about it really. It plays well in solo but also pairs well with a Gondor-themed leadership/tactics deck.
