Combat support deck that specializes in engaging enemies and holding them as needed. Fairly versatile for a combat deck due to rangers having very balanced stats.
Attachment priority:
Halbarad - Steward of Gondor, Gondorian Shield, Dagger of Westernesse, Dúnedain Warning
Faramir - Dagger of Westernesse, Steed of the North
Mablung - Gondorian Shield, Roheryn, Dagger of Westernesse, Steed of the North
Fun combo:
Dúnedain Hunter gets you an engagement in the Planning phase. This gives Mablung a resource and Faramir can ready an ally. If you have A Very Good Tale in hand, use that first to exhaust some allies, and then play the Dúnedain Hunter to ready one.
The deck can contribute a decent bit of questing once things get going: Steed of the North allows a couple of the heroes to quest and then ready for combat. Gimli can quest and then ready for combat. Halbarad should almost always be able to quest without exhausting.
Save resources from engaging on Mablung for a choice Hour of Wrath near the end of the quest to wrap up all the combat and kill everything.
