This is my edited version of the "Silvan Rainbow" deck, original made by Kirha. Most of my changes are to improve consistency / replace cards that the original deck used, but I do't have. As with all my decks, this is still a work in progress.
General Strategy
Avoid early game combat if at all possible, build up your board state a bit, then start blasting the encounter deck with your Silvan Rainbow of Doom. Can be used either solo or multiplayer.
Starting Hand
I usually like to have Nenya in my starting hand just so I don't mess up the rules and drop Deep Knowledge before I have a resource icon. O Lórien! or Mirror of Galadriel are also nice to see.
Questing
As with most silvan decks using the dynamic duo of Celeborn and Galadriel, this deck can quest for a lot, without exhausting prior to staging a lot of the time, thanks to Nenya, Galadriel's passive ability, and Naith Guide. Legolas and Blade of Gondolin also contribute to questing, but they are only really needed for locations with nasty "while active" effects.
Defending
Early game, this deck relies on stunning enemies with Feint and Feigned Voices. Later on, you can defend using Defender of the Naith, Silvan Tracker, or Celeborn once he has Unexpected Courage. Elven Mail greatly improves all of their defensive capabilities, so you'll probably want to wait until they are armored up before blocking anything, if at all possible.
Attacking
Legolas and a couple copies of Galadhon Archer can usually handle combat. In multiplayer, Bow of the Galadhrim and/or Rohan Warhorse can convert Legolas into a killing machine.
Managing Resources / Cards
The deck is pretty cheap, so saving up isn't usually a problem. The only problem point is Galadriel, whose resource pool tends to be empty most of the time.
Sideboard
I have a couple of different ideas for how this deck will change, as I'm not sure if I want Legolas as my hero. Most of the sideboard is just cards that I'm not sure if I'll use, the only exceptions being Power of Orthanc, which the deck uses in quests with nasty condition attachments, and Rohan Warhorse and Bow of the Galadhrim, which you can use in multiplayer.
Original Silvan Rainbow deck built by Wandering Took. I just made some minor edits, published my version and talked about it a little. Glad to see someone carrying on! I'll be trying your modifcation this weekend.
