This deck starts at a reasonable threat level of 27. It has a synergy between card draw and playing more dwarf allies. Here's how it works: -you get resources from multiple sources: Zigil Miner, We Are Not Idle
- King Under the Mountain and Hidden Cache give you both resource acceleration and card draw
- having more cards and resources means you'll be able to play dwarf allies from your hand frequently
- Bifur equipped with Narvi's Belt helps with resource smoothing
- each time you play a dwarf ally from your hand, Nori reduces your threat by 1, give him Legacy of Durin and he'll get you a card as well
Mulligan for Narvi's Belt, that is the key piece - no way to play Tactics allies without that attachment. Go easy with the miners until you get the attachments set up - these allies are weak in defense so you also want to have Hardy Leadership as soon as the encounter deck starts hitting you.
A Test of Will is the only treachery cancellation option, since there are multiple conditions in encounter card in Khazad Dum Miner of the Iron Hills is a useful addition.
There is nothing to deal with tough shadow cards (like the one that adds +3 damage to goblins). Maybe add a couple of Hasty Strokes, since there isn't a good candidate for A Burning Brand.
