This is the evolution of my previous Flawless Victory deck.
I just tried the deck with Sméagol instead of Rossiel, mostly for trying out how the hero works, and I found that starting in secrecy really gives an interesting boost to the deck.
Starting at 16 threat, allows me to play Resourceful to fix one of the main problems of the original deck; resource acceleration. Also, I can play Risk Some Light, which is a great card that allows you plan all your round efficiently (which is very important on the first rounds until you can setup all your engine).
The deck loses a bit of it's deffense potential, but it should not be a problem, because with the low threat you have some rounds to prepare.
In order to deal with Stinker, I begin the game with one copy of The Master Ring, in hand. Also, I can see it coming with Henamarth Riversong, or Risk Some Light, and even put one, or even both copies of it into the victory display thanks to Out of the Wild and Scout Ahead.
I'm still tweaking the deck, but I feel very comfortable with it. Sméagol has been a really nice surprise, and I'm really enjoying the deck with it.
Anyway, in the sideboard I put all the "Rossiel pack". If for any reason I feel that Sméagol is a bad choice for a quest... I just swap Resourceful and Risk Some Light for Unexpected Courage, Inner Strength, Necklace of Girion and Leave No Trace and play with Rossiel again.
I haven't already tried Woodland Sentry, but I'm not sure about them, as I feel that they would be too expensive for the deck.
