The base of this deck is cancell all you need. The deck have 10 card that allow you to cancell encouter cards. On the other hand, in the 2n/3th round Rossiel is a good quester and a good defender with an Unexpected Courage and some cards in the victory display.

Glorfindel with Legacy Blade is a very good attacker and Thurindir allow you to have Gather Information or Scout Ahead in your starting hand as appropriate.

With Heirs of Earendil you could "cancel" locations too!

What should you cut to go to 50 cards? Arwen Undómiel , or Out of the Wild since i do not see how to go back in secrecy with this deck, since Double Back is only threat reduction.

As this seems to be a multiplayer deck I'd cut some combat cards like Legacy Blade and Inner Strength and let someone else do the fighting. Thalion also seems too expensive for this deck, especially considering you are very unlikely to find and complete all 3 side quests.

@Seastangood point. i was even thinking of adding Far-sighted in this deck. it allows some versatility to know if you should spent your resources for a Halfling Bounder if you need a cancel if you don't have any other one in hand. or to keep the resources for The Door is Closed! for example

@Seastan About the use of Heirs of Earendil, I considered that a card that raises the threat is not the best option for this deck, as it have some secrecy cards. For location I trust in Asfaloth effect, but it's a good choice for the Sideboard!

On the other hand, it is a multiplayer deck, but I'd like to be able to play it in solo too. Also in multiplayer, these cards (Inner Strength, Thalion, Treebeard and Legacy Blade) make it able to engage enemies one by one and help the other players with higher threats. I can't quest alone in multiplayer so I don't want to leave the others alone in combat phase.

@serre Starting with threat 21, I can enter secrecy with Double Back and Elrond's Counsel. If I had to cut down to 50 cards I would probably remove The Master Ring for the same reason that I don't want to use Heirs of Earendil. I like Far-sighted but I have to cut at some point or this deck would have 70 cards!!.

@Shinai agree if you play solo to keep to combat related cards in the deck. For multiplayer i would like Seastan told to remove the 3x Legacy Blade, 1x Inner Strength, 1x The One Ring and remove 2x Thalin, and i would include 3x Far-sighted and Thror's Map so you can cancel every travel effect.
