This is an old idea — use Erestor to dump outlands quickly — with a newly available twist, thanks to Messenger of the King: hero (MotK) Forlong.
Compared to the most common version (which I've seen a lot of, but which AFAIK was originated in 13nrv's classic deck The Rapid Charge of the Outlands, this one is slower to start, since it lacks Denethor's two resources, plus any access to Captain's Wisdom. On the other hand, it starts with a 2 lower , and of course in the mid and late game it has (MotK) Forlong's outland-boosted stats available in every round.
Mulligan hard for the Steward of Gondor — the deck will stall badly without it. If you don't get it in your first go nor in your initial ten-card hand, try to use Drinking Song for a 3rd (and, if you draw another one, even possibly a 4th) mulligan.
Song of Hope goes on Hirluin the Fair, to give you something to do with the extra resources once your deck is empty. You can also use your Errand-riders to give away resources to other players — hopefully up to 3 resources a round.
