kattattack22 has a newer deck inspired by this one: Chetwood Sends for Aid, and Caleb will Answer!
Only player side quest is Send for Aid to hopefully get Caleb, I mean, Thalion, Vigilant Dúnadan, Legolas, or Ranger of Cardolan into play on the cheap. Also so Thurindir's setup ability does not go to waste.
Thurindir, East Road Ranger, and Legacy Blade all included to key off mainly encounter side quests.
First turn plan is to use Feint, Ranger of Cardolan, or Dúnedain Hunter to block an enemy that needs to be engaged. After that hopefully get Heir of Valandil or Steward of Gondor on a hero to start building up a board state. Thurindir is the best target for Steward but might need to put on Halbarad to get him powered up with warnings to defend faster.
