Everything relies on the "enter play" abilities and how they interact with the events. The most important thing is to know your action windows to do all the fun tricks - e.g. you may Sneak Attack Galadhrim Healer during Resource Phase to heal 2 damage from each of your heroes (thanks to Elrond's ability) and then play it again normally during Planning Phase to heal your partner's heroes. Or you can Sneak Attack a 4-cost ally for just one resource and play Island Amid Perils to reduce your threat by 4. Be creative!
Played allies do not exhaust to quest and get stat bonuses thanks to Galadriel and Celeborn. This is key concept here! Keep the "steady flow" of allies and find ways of returning them from the table to your hand just to play them again to gain those powerful boosts. Try to use your Galadhrim Weaver to shuffle key events back into your deck and use Mirror of Galadriel to draw them again.
Elrond helps with playing allies from all 4 spheres (play Steward of Gondor on Elrond - the sooner the better).
The Tree People can be crazy helpful, especially during Combat Phase. Feigned Voices is basically your Feint, use it to protect yourself or other players.
Sideboard contains cards that will help you mitigate the potential drawbacks of this deck, depending on your needs: better card draw, more resources, shadow-effects cancelation, different ally combinations, condition attachment removal - swap some cards when you feel something is not going right. Feel free to include Silver Harp to make Mirror of Galadriel more reliable source of card draw.
Finally, I didn't include Protector of Lórien anywhere, but if you feel that there's too many duplicate unique attachments that sit dead in your hand then don't hesitate and use a copy or two to boost your willpower or defence at key moments. This was never a problem for me though as "dead cards" often help with mitigating unfortunate auto-discards from Mirror of Galadriel.
Hope you have as much fun playing this deck as I do ;).
