Adaepholn 149

Adaepholn has a newer deck inspired by this one: Thorin's Lore

One half of a two handed Dwarf fellowship.

I would love to hear feedback!

I am using cards from the first 2 full cycles, the first 4 saga expansions, OHaUH, HoN, EaAD and TMV. This deck is a work is progress at the moment, but in testing it has performed quite well.

I really like Bifur, he works really well with Thorin Oakenshield and Ori to get the 5 dwarves early on. Erebor Record Keeper and any 2-cost Lore dwarf can be played in the first round with Thorin passing a resource to Bifur.

The deck doesn't have many dwarf leadership cards, because the idea is for Thorin to pay for most of the Tactics cards with Song of Battle or Narvi's Belt. The other deck has Dáin Ironfoot and has most of the 'dwarf' leadership cards.

I'm considering swapping Nori for Thalin in the other deck, which would mean all the Tactics cards in this deck would move to the other deck and I would probably add more leadership cards to this deck.

Strategy Notes

Generally Ori and Thorin quest, Bifur defends.

A Burning Brand is for Bifur Hardy Leadership, Legacy of Durin and Narvi's Belt go on Thorin Oakenshield. I usually put the first Song of Battle on Bifur, but it could go on Thorin if I have lots of lore cards I want in hand.

Ring Mail goes on Dáin Ironfoot or Bifur.

Steward of Gondor is usually put on Dáin Ironfoot. He can then pay one resource to Bifur each round if needed or pass more resources with Errand-riders.

Dwarrowdelf Axe is for Dwalin, Erebor Battle Master or any other Dwarf that ends up attacking.
