Master of Lore 930
The goal of this deck is to get two or three engaged enemies and then start churning out powerful Ranger allies like it's nobody's business. the Dúnedain Watcher is good for light shadow cancellation, but you might want to bring along A Burning Brand in shadow-heavy quests. The ideal opening hand includes Feint and Forest Snare. You can run your threat up tanking enemies with low questing (using Beravor for card draw) in the first few rounds, then drop it back down with Aragorn when you've got Steward of Gondor and Heir of Valandil running. Usually the Blood of Númenor goes on Amarthiúl and Wingfoot on Beravor or Aragorn to pull double duty questing and defending (or drawing cards). While it's a bit slow to get started, once you have Sword that was Broken or Faramir (or better yet both), you can churn out some serious willpower and have powerful attack and defense with the Guardian of Arnor and Fornost Bowman once you've got a few enemies engaged and/or snared. You really feel like you are holding the shadow at bay like the Rangers of the North!
How can you play Tactics events without a Tactics hero?
