Intro: I've tried to improve a deck based on Elladan and Elrohir and from my previous version made it 3 sphere by adding Glorfindel. It's definitely an improvement, however not recommended for the Dwarrowdelf cycle.

Strength:

  • With a spare resource Elladan and Elrohir can deal with most of the enemies.
  • Very balanced deck, able to bring cards, resources and keeping the threat down, the only missing skill is healing.

Weakness:

  • Low quest progress in early game stage
  • The deck have strong emphasis on gearing up heroes with attachments, and keeping them fighting. One nasty shadow card can destroy the whole game.

Best Combo/Cards:

Medium/Low Cards:

  • all cards worked fine.

Final Thoughts: Many of my decks were struggling with the Khazad - dum scenarios, but with this deck it was fine. The Dwarrowdelf cycle got 2 scenarios that use an Arwen unique hero, which put Arwen Undómiel out of play, plus the nasty shadow cards put Elrohir into great risk. I did not tested it, but I'm sure that for the Shadows of Mirkwood cycle it would work great.

Quest log:

Khazad-dum

  • Into the Pit - Score:108
  • The Seventh Level - Score:118
  • Flight from Moria - Score:165

Looks like a fun deck! Just a heads up, Light of Valinor is unique so can only go on one hero.

i recomand sterner than steel, then you do not have to fear the shadow this much. but then its not progression anymore

@harrken thanks for the comment. I've missed that, foolish mistake.
