Robinhood and his Merry Men are at it again. A Haldir of Lórien deck that can quest as well as it kills. Having all your weapons coming from The Burglar's Turn balances out the number of attachments you get, preventing weapon's flood and Unseen Strike can pick up the slack until the powerful weapons are looted.
Haldan ensures you are drawing 2 cards a turn, as each location is guaranteed to have a guarded attachment. Strider's Path lets you fast travel to a location if you every miss a chance and can sometimes allow for multiple attachments on a single location. Most of the allies are solid 2's for 2, making sure you can always clear the location each turn. Galadhrim Minstrel will always hit, as we don't have any of our attachments in our actual deck.
As for the Burglar Board, most of the attachments are weapons, minus some of the best +2 attachments for Haldan. I have tried Celebrían's Stone and Keen Longbow. They work well but you occasionally have games where you don't hit a weapon for Haldir of Lórien in the early turns.
