Asfaloth help to claer the locations. Legolas: to ready beravor discarding a card and fight with 3 or the same glorfindel+ Beravor : draw draw draw and with Unexpected Courage can be you joker Elladan and Elrohir and Arwen Undómiel three of the best ally in the game. Thalion: with 4 player side quest can be yor 5 hero; great work in battle phase with Tale of Tinúviel. Ranger of Cardolan great opportunity to resist in strong battle or a necessary sacrifice!

1 copy of Sword-thain seems like not enough to get it reliably, especially with the above-average deck size. I'd cut Explore Secret Ways, it's very situational (but can be effective, thanks for enlightening me, GreenWizard), and maybe add Rally the West instead, especially with extra heroes.
Also, someone (you, maybe) should make a Saga BoF deck with Sword-thain and Thalion. I'd like to see a max-hero (7 heroes) deck. (I'd make one, but I don't normally publish decks that are using cards I don't have)
Overall, good deck and good idea!
