Mighty Hama... Warrior of Rohan... Doorward of Theoden King... Amateur ornithologist?
Overview
Having more deck ideas than time to rigorously test them (a phenomenon I'm sure many other players of this game have experienced), "Theoretical Friendship" is a series of decks I've put together, but haven't gotten around to playing. Rather than going into exhaustive detail behind the strategy and card interactions, I'll simply elucidate the main "gimmick" and a few interesting points. Feel free to give them a try and let me know if they suck!
The Gimmick
The main synergy I was playing with here is using Háma's ability to recycle The Eagles Are Coming! to help your feathered friends enter the fray more quickly. Prince Imrahil fits in nicely with Eagle decks in general. Éowyn needs little justification for being in just about any deck. Aside from that, it's the usual Eagle deck plan--pump up your Eagles of the Misty Mountains, get Support of the Eagles onto your fighters and then laugh your way through any combat scenario.
Other Combos
There are a handful of other handy tricks and combos, including using Galadriel to get Support of the Eagles out for free, and pairing Born Aloft with Beorn (or any of the allies with "enters/leaves play" abilities). Behind Strong Walls also helps Prince Imrahil defend for you before you get the rest of your board up and running.
