A thematic deck with the new Into the West contract.
You have new allies each round so Galadriel's passive is really good. Narya adds more punch to an Elrond or a Gandalf before thye leave play.
Frodo's ability is to keep Círdan ready once you find Narya. Money shouldn't be a problem at this point.
Guardian of Rivendell is a perfect grab for contract setup because you will not discard any card. Sam is a good target for side B in early when you can't afford Gandalf or access for Elrond.
If you want to stick even more to the theme: -1 Arwen -1 Bill +1 Narya +1 Harp. If you want to stick less, add The One Ring+The Master Ring for some cancel (1-cost spots are hard to find ! Probably my first noldor deck without A Test of Will and Light of Valinor).
Important note : Allies you play from your hand cannot have their cost reduced by more than 2 so don't overdiscard on To the Sea, to the Sea! Usually one harp for Cirdan is enough, and Elven-light are mostly here in early to help find all your important cards (to the sea > nenya > narya > harp).
