The idea with this deck is that Sam Gamgee and Pippin quest, Tom Cotton defends, and Sam Gamgee attacks. Merry keeps you threat low until you pull The Shirefolk, Smoke Rings, or Red Book of Westmarch. Then you can use him to quest. Thorongil is for playing on Merry you search your collection for tactics Merry. If you are playing in a fellowship you can take out Hobbit Pony and a Spare Pipe and put in two Song of EƤrendil for dropping other players threat at the end of the round.
I think the Deck needs more attack but I don't know what to add or take out. I would be happy for any suggestion you can give.
try Dagger of Westernesse
would not take sting. guarded attachements comes so late into play, at that time they make no big difference. in my 4-friends hobbits i always include Treebeard so great, can be played in 1 round and can attack and defend very good. would discard friend of friends, the probability to get both is so small.
