"The Elvenking is my friend"
— Bard, The Hobbit
The goal of this deck is to benefit from Thranduil's ability, wich allows you to smooth resources without needing A Good Harvest or The Storm Comes.
Your other heroes are all ranged in order to maximize Rúmil's response (which probably should be your mulligan focus with Legolas. Both can be played turn 1).
Piloting notes
Bard (or a Marksman of Lórien) + Hands Upon the Bow + Argalad = instant kill of an ennemy with 7 +.
Rúmil = Turn 1 kill of any enny with 4 , and the number ramps up.
If you need to defend, Thranduil+Cloak+Shining Shield is usually 6 (assuming you are going to be in Valour most of the game).
Mulligan for Rúmil if you want to get rid of some starting ennemy, but usually Legolas and it's card draw is better on the logn run. Both of them can be played Turn 1 thank's to Thranduil.
The deck weaknesses are it's high starting (but you have many ways to mitigate it) and you low (but you can quest with everyone and use a Rumil or a Greenwood Archer during combat phase if needed).
Multiplayer notes
This deck is multiplayer-friendy, because every of it's core cards are very unlikely to be used in another deck (and a bit help in from another deck can be helpful^^). All you really need is Thranduil, Rúmil and 3 ranged heroes, both not beeing top tier cards.
Consider making place for Sting or Ring of Thrór if they have hobbits/dwarves decks, as The King's Return can easily fetch them.
If you have the chance to play with a Celeborn player, let him have O Lórien! and Orophin, and enjoy his bonus instead.
