I posted on Twitter the other day that I managed to beat The Ghost of Framsburg (I call it Framsburg Comes Alive after the Peter Frampton album) in a solo game and under 40 minutes. Some people wanted to see what I played so here it is. I'm not saying this is a silver bullet deck, in fact, I lost the previous game due to threat and enemy swarm. When the pack came out, I played a similar deck list that took like 30-50 turns or something (I didn't keep count) because the objectives kept ending up in the discard. Simply, I got lucky this time and none of the objectives got discarded and I found them all on the first time through the deck, though the last one was in the last 10 or so cards.

A couple of notes about this deck:

For one, I don't play or build progression style, I play what I want and for fun (only one card breaks that anyway). I'm running Steward of Gondor because I'm playing solo and why not? This deck runs heavy Spirit for a Dale deck due to Wild Stallion and The Galadhrim's Greeting so I put it on my cousin, Bard. I currently have Ioreth since I'm playing Ered Mithrin and usually need to heal a bunch of damage on one character due to undefended attacks from weak enemies early or from a strong dragon; in a quest with a lot of archery or direct damage, I would play Warden of Healing. I know Drinking Song may seem weird, but I find that Dale tends to lose the most in early game before it sets up so I put it in to help accelerate the deck; it's good if you have a hand with tons of allies or attachments, but few of the other. I've often used it on like turn 2 after I play a Steward or King of Dale and have a huge hand to try and find the other. I don't mind that it's dead late game and sometimes mid game since you are probably going to win anyway with Dale at those points and I want to avoid losing early.

As far as this deck against this quest is concerned:

Cursed Tower can suck as it discards your attachments. Mid to late game, I think you could choose the resource attachments to discard and play another or live without them for a bit (I had to discard a Spare Hood and Cloak early). I kind of wish I could get the Greetings back in case I didn't find the Teeth until stage 3, but I don't mind rolling the dice, the two should be enough. Put the Teeth on Beravor as she's usually just hanging around at a certain point since I don't need her to draw. I prefer to use A Test of Will on either Afraid of the Dark (I got hit by one and put it on Bard) or Eyes in the Dark (though you can quest with like a Long Lake Fisherman or Long Lake Trader to have a chump to discard).
