gophers79 has a newer deck inspired by this one: Riders of Rohan 2 - Theoden/Eomer/Theodred

Straightforward Rohan trait deck, using Éomer, Théoden and Théodred heroes.

The problems this deck faced in earlier iterations (with Éowyn hero included instead of Théodred) were resources and card draw. Théodred does his part to address both of those issues, giving us access to one additional resource per turn (to put on Théoden, as most cards in this deck are ), and also giving us access to a bit of card draw using Valiant Sacrifice. There are also some more targeted card draw abilities in the deck, with Westfold Horse-breeder and Mustering the Rohirrim allowing you to search for Mount , and respectively.

Ride to Ruin those Snowbourn Scouts for progress tokens, and then use Gamling to get them back into hand. Use Háma to defend two big attacks, and then Gamling him back again. Firefoot, Rohan Warhorse, Dúnedain Cache make up Éomer's attachment suite, and make him a BEAST - he's attacking for 7 across the table, with spillover damage potential, and can ready when he destroys an enemy. Quick Strike is in the deck to take care of particularly nasty enemies before they get a chance to do much damage.

Théoden has Snowmane, Herugrim, Rohan Warhorse and Raven-winged Helm to keep him company. He is questing for free, defending for two with one free damage eliminated. If you don't need him to defend (which you might not with chumps like Westfold Horse-breeder and Snowbourn Scout along with defensive stalwarts like Warden of Helm's Deep and Háma) he can use Herugrim to attack for 5 and ready with the Rohan Warhorse to attack for 5 again.

Théodred is really there to give away resources, but he gets the one Steed of the Mark in the deck to ready himself to be able to throw a couple additional attack into the mix. If you need to kill a hero or take an undefended attack, Théodred is your guy.
