Premise

A very powerful and fun deck for multiplayer, designed to maximize the value of Vigilant Dúnadan. With Arwen Undómiel as your Messenger of the King, you are even able to use its incredible action advantage across the board, hopefully being able to take care of most of the defensive tasks by yourself while still providing value in other departments. The deck is fairly easy to play and a welcome sight at almost any multiplayer table, being able to help others out with global draw, healing, questing and cancellation, however keep in mind that bad shadow effects or a rough start that prevents your setup can still wreck your day.

How To Play

In your opening hand, you want to either see Vigilant Dúnadan, Stand and Fight+Elven Jeweler or A Good Harvest. I keep 9/10 hands that has one of these options in them since it allows you to look for the missing combopiece with Gather Information (your choice for Thurindir's ability) and playing the Dúnadan in the second round as long as you can complete Gather, either by playing him with Good Harvest or Stand and Fight.

Apart from that, pretty much all cards are just for supporting the Dúnadan statwise or supporting the table. Wild Stallion, Narya and Keep Watch are all very useful, however my favourite way to boost the Dúnadan is by using Tale of Tinúviel (and recycling it with Dwarven Tomb) for a truly insane defensive buff.

Considerations

All very standard options. Warden of Annúminas can be intriguing if you plan on letting enemies live, in most quests I prefer to just kill them however. The other cards firmly fall into the "just very efficient but do not change the deck much and can be included if needed" category.

Enjoy!!!
