As we all know, it was one of Legolas biggest wishes to see the sea once in his life. Now his Noldor-fellows want to pervade his dream!
This deck works with discard. In the first hand, you want to have one copy of To the Sea, to the Sea! and a big ally like Gildor, Glorfindel or at least Galdor of the Havens. It's also nice to have a Elven Jeweler in your starting hand.
Legolas attached with the Elven Spear and one copy of Rivendell Blade makes him to a great attacker. Sometimes Legolas gets Grappling Hook to pass the questing phase. With the Spear, he can quest for 6.
Usually Erestor gets The Light of Valinor and A Burning Brand so he is our defender and a quester. Gildor Inglorion with A Burning Brand in his hand is also a great defender. One of the best aspects of those elven-attachements is, that most of them can be used for heros AND allys.
Galadriel's abillity to let your allys commit to the quest makes this deck to a solid quester and fighter. Her ring gives her access to Lore, which is important to make more cards affordable.
Imladris Caregiver and Elrond are the needed healers, because Erestor allways gets some injurys.
Your threat is most of the time really low with Galadriel and Elrond's Counsel. With those Dwarven Tombs and the flow of Will of the West you'll often play the counsel. I finished some quest with a final threat of 18...
I run trough the Against the Shadow cycle and didn't loose even once.
