Here is the deck I play against the scenario The Fate of Numenor. It's the only Three Hunters contract deck on ringsdb.com using this heroes configuration. It wins pretty easily and consistently against the second scenario of the cycle 6, so feel free to try it against another one and tell me back what it gets.

The strategy is simple :

Arwen quests at 9 or 10, Thurindir at 8 or 9 (10 with Elrond's Counsel), Rossiel at 5 or 6 (+ bonus from Protector of Lórien and Elrond's Counsel). Thurindir attacks at 9 or 11. Rossiel defends at 6 (+ bonus from Protector of Lórien) and 7 if the active location is Lush Jungle.

Other considerations :

  • Use the drawing cards to accelerate the setup and flip the Side A contract over

  • Cancel the "When revealed" treacheries with A Test of Will only if it has a serious impact on your board game. As some treacheries target allies, these ones are inoperative

  • Since the encounter deck includes a single location title (in three copies) that have a low threat and is great for by-passing the second 1B forced effect, Stone of Elostirion will get it 100% sure

  • In the early-mid game engage the ennemies one by one if able. Then, you could face more Undead thanks to untape or readying options (Unexpected Courage, Magic Ring, Wingfoot or Light of Valinor)

  • Lórien's Wealth is really useful as Arwen Undómiel will discard for its own budget plan while heroes will have soon many resources to spend because of the low-cost Lore cards

  • Protector of Lórien will be useful to increase the willpower of Rossiel during the last quest, or sometimes to defend. However the Silvan is already a great defender here, even without that attachment. Note that you will have many cards to discard in late game, so you could often trigger Protector of Lórien action

  • Use Dwarven Tomb for recycling one A Test of Will

Have fun !
