Who's the best Burglar? Hint: It's not Bilbo Baggins.
It is Aragorn, who has it guaranteed on setup.
And with Forth, The Three Hunters! you have enough space for Guarded attachments, which are also very commonly Artifacts, for your Ring of Barahir. Which is also what you use to play Glamdring and Stone of Elostirion, if you don't fetch them with The King's Return. With the other two copies of A Burglar Indeed! and the Elendilmir you can deal up to 5 damage/progress to cards guarding your attachments.
Just keep one enemy engaged that you block with Gilraen once she has Gift of Foresight, Ancestral Armor or the Mithril Shirt. You have Armored Destrier to ready her if you get swarmed. And while you are engaged, Halbarad can quest for 4+ without exhausting.
Draw is mostly provided by the guarded attachments and Ancient Mathom, combined with Estel filtering nicely.
nice idea use Aragorn to catch an unusual title for him.
i make a deck based on that base-idea to try to exploit it ieven more. :)
