Roka 1671
This is a Noldor deck designed for solo play. The main idea is to pair the combat strength of Elladan/Elrohir with the quest power of Spirit. Arwen Undómiel helps with ressource generation and Círdan the Shipwright with card draw.
Strategy: Mulligan for Elven-light. Quest with Arwen and Cirdan, Elladan has to defend early on. Than try to get Elrohir or at least another decent defender (Guardian of Rivendell, Watcher of the Bruinen) out. All three are good targets for Raiment of War. Once you get Narya/Light of Valinor on Cirdan, you can use your combat allies multiple times per round. Ethir Swordsman helps you with questing and Honour Guard with direct damage, because Spirit/Tactics have no healing cards.
Sideboard: If you want a less agressive variant of the deck (maybe you are playing Journey along the Anduin), swap in Galadriel for Cirdan. You lose early willpower and combat strength later in the game, but you will have more cards in your hand and more time to set-up. Replace Ethir Swordsman with Sailor of Lune if the quest has damage effects like Necromancer's Reach.

Nov 01, 2017Glad I'm not the only one that loves the Hero/Ally twin combo. Unfortunately, unless I'm missing something, Elrohir can't have Raiment of War equipped, as he's not a warrior. Deck looks great though. |

I like seeing a solo deck with only one of Elladan/Elrohir as heroes.
