Aragorn as a meta hero, questing and attacking. Sometimes defending. Steward of Gondor is for him and as well Celebrían's Stone making him 3rd hero there.
Eleanor as a event canceler if no A Test of Will on hand. As well pretty nice defender.
Éowyn as a quest pusher. Even when she would quest alone, she still stands a chance solo playing. Neat hero.
Sneak Attack + Gandalf as a obvious combo.
Low threat is always welcome, thanks to The Galadhrim's Greeting.
Northern Tracker and Lórien Guide location killers.
Dwarven Tomb will be helpful if one of needed event would miss our hand. Like always one A Test of Will is helpfull if Eleanor is needed for defense, etc. Or make threat even lower with Galadhrims Greetings.
Other allies and events are just fillers. Faramir is helpful if quest would fail somehow or just push the phases, but remember to activate him after staging! As Eowyn ability.
