This is the Leadership deck of my "Mono Sphere - Mono Function" fellowship. Any of the 4 decks handles just one aspect of the game, this one takes care about defense. Erkenbrand and Denethor are strong defenders from the beginning of the game, and once Sam Gamgee gets a Hobbit Cloak, Rosie Cottons help and some Fast Hitches he is a strong defender.
The allies help even more with defending, because they are chump blockers (Snowbourn Scout, Squire of the Citadel) or other good defenders (Warden of Helm's Deep/Eldahir).
There are also some Leadership staples like Faramir, Sneak Attack/Gandalf and Strength of Arms in the deck.
Cards to mulligan for: Steward of Gondor (for the Spirit deck because of Elven-light), Faramir, evtl. Armored Destrier
