Pirate Brahm 1062
This is an early cylce Dale deck like many of the others, just with Beregond (son of Baranor) for that second Spirit hero. He helps mitigate threat gain and defense while the Dale questing engine spins up.
There's a lot of fun to be had with Long Lake Trader's item swap. I like to move attachments over to an ally that's about to die so I can scoop up their scattered loot (using Bard son of Brand) and distribute it to others. You're not truly evil until you've slid a Raiment of War off of an injured ally in order to pull the cloak off his dead body.
Speaking of Spare Hood and Cloak, I had to add Arwen Undómiel and Faramir because they're always ready for a little cloak-play (that sounds dirtier than it should).
So Steward of Gondor on King Brand son of Bain seems thematically inappropriate, but you'll appreciate those extra Leadership resources once you have a couple copies of Knight of Dale in play. If it bugs you that much, swap in a couple Sneak Attacks for Gandalf.
