It's the overpowered Outlands deck, updated, modernized and fast! It will be more than enough for quests that just need straight up brute force, it is capable of winning Nin-in-Eilph in nightmare mode. Having to fight big enemies in first couple of rounds would spell trouble, however.

To start us off, we want to have Steward of Gondor and Lord of Morthond rather soon and our three different card draw events are there to help make that happen. Particularly Heed the Dream, which can be played in the first round and helps us get the other cards we need that aren't in our hand. Lord of Morthond helps us with card draw even further while Galadhrim Minstrel fetches more of the events and can be a chump blocker. Play A Very Good Tale whenever possible, it is safest to do so once we have the attachments we need. Finally, with Sword that was Broken on Aragorn we will be able to play Strength of Arms and even recur it with Tome of Atanatar easily. All of our Outlands army can quest and all can be available for combat, and it probably all happened in about 5 or 6 rounds. Strength of Arms can be played once every round when our deck is empty thanks to the ability to use Second Breakfast to get our Tome of Atanatar back to discard the tome and use the breakfast to get our tome back in hand and put Second Breakfast in our deck to draw next round. Thus we can always play Strength of Arms after having drawn it when the tome places it in the empty deck or recur it with the tome as necessary. Wash, rinse, and repeat until the quest gives in.
