Built to run alongside a Tactics/Lore deck that happens to have a Gondor hero of each of those colors. "All You Gondors" happens to be Denethor who can now make money into any color, Eleanor, Mablung, and Damrod.
The sixth hero (or the first hero, depending how you look at it) is Beorn, who will feed damage to Glorfindel using Vigilant Guard.
A lot of the rest of this is just random junk. Starting threat of 20 is not reliable for Secrecy, but with Elrond's Counsel and The Galadhrim's Greeting, should be able to get back in. Plenty of questing of various kinds. Squire of the Citadel chump-blockers refund themselves, and Wealth of Gondor is any color. Terrible to Behold works on any of my own heroes. Fili and Kili, because I was going to have We Are Not Idle to cycle anyway, and when was the last time I ever played Leader/Spirit?
The Mounts here are an afterthought, without much support but I want to see how they do. Steed of Imladris can add extra progress, and was supposed to combo with Elven-light before I pulled them for Ancient Mathom instead. Steed of the Mark is a poor-man's Light of Valinor, but more likely is for Mablung. Windfola for Glorfindel of course. Armored Destrier for Denethor of course.
