G&alf 39
This deck can get you 6 heroes in play at once. Bond of Friendship already allows you to start with 4 heroes, but there are (janky) ways to get more. Thalion becomes a hero once there are 3 side quests in the victory display, and then Sword-thain then gets you your 6th hero. Mulligan for Steward of Gondor and additional side quests. Use Thurindir's starting ability to grab Send for Aid. This can hopefully help you find Thalion or at least a good target for Sword-thain. I prefer Arwen Undómiel or Guthlaf for this since their resources are in higher demand. This deck can be a bit inconsistent due to Bond of Friendship's restrictions, but your starting heroes are strong enough that you should be able to survive the first few rounds regardless. Denethor is a solid defender with his shield and Eowyn's ability can remove an early game boss as needed. If you want to improve consistency, add Heed the Dream and more resource acceleration while removing some of the expensive cards like Rider of Rohan/Vigilant Dúnadan.

Apr 30, 2023Round Shield or Honour Guard could substitute. |
Apr 30, 2023I would replace Eleanor with Galadriel. This deck could use some more card draw and she will keep your threat neutral. Tale of Tinúviel also becomes very strong. Finally, many of your allies benefit from question without exhausting (except Arwen Undómiel) |

only Angbor the Fearless is target or Raiment of War would not use it.
