Crus 72
I already tried to combine Ents with doomed several years ago. The missing key at this point was questing power at the start and the ability to handle strong enemies in the early game. Éowyn can cover both of these weaknesses. If there is a strong enemy showing up at the beginning, do not hesitate to use Éowyn to get rid of it! Gríma and Aragorn are the obvious choices for a doomed deck, one providing access to using doomed for Ents once per round and the other one taking care of not threating out.
As usual, the problem with Ents is that they enter play exhausted and it takes quite a while to set things up. This is taken care of by providing access to multiple resouce acceleration and smoothing options: Treebeard, Gríma, A Good Harvest, Keys of Orthanc.
There is also a lot of card draw inside this deck with Daeron's Runes, Deep Knowledge, Entmoot and Steward of Orthanc.
There are some cards that provide you with emergency options for heavy-hitting enemies like Feint, Close Call and Waters of Nimrodel. You can fetch two of these options via The Seeing-stone.
Wingfoot is for Aragorn, the rest of the Deck are Ents.
I really enjoy playing this deck, I was even successful against several nightmare scenarios. I hope you enjoy it, too! ;-)
