This deck and Brent's Deck are the first two decks I built. I built this fellowship so my roommate and I could beat the Core Set and the Hunt for Gollum cycle scenarios.
This deck primarily focuses on questing and support. Heroes
Eleanor is primarily included as a way to cancel "when revealed". She can become a decent defender if attach a copy of Dúnedain Warning.
Éowyn is the primary quester. Eowyn gets ever better with a copy of Celebrían's Stone because she alone will quest for 6.
Théodred is a great way to get additional resources to spheres who need it. He can also help purchase Radagast from Brent's deck. You can even give Theodred the additional resource to help pay for more expensive leadership cards like Faramir.
Allies
Northern Tracker is great to get into play early. It can really help explore locations quickly and avoid location lock.
Gandalf and Sneak Attack is a great combination, it allows you to play Gandalf for one phase for one recourse. It also allows you to get multiple uses out of Gandalf.
Escort from Edoras, The Riddermark's Finest, Westfold Horse-Breaker, and West Road Traveller are all cheap ally cards to help quest.
Snowbourn Scout is great cheap ally who can also place progress on come locations.
