Mulligan for Nenya. The second best card in setup is O Lórien!, if you have it and a couple silvan you might want to keep and wait for Nenya.
This deck is the questing, card draw and threat management engine for the paired decks.
Questing
If you have Nenya you can quest for 7 first turn. Many cheap questing allies will come out in this deck building your quest as the game progresses. Move resources from Dáin Ironfoot to Bifur before using from Galadriel you will want those resources!
Card Draw
Galadriel should be used on the paired deck typically and King Under the Mountain on your deck so each side is getting and additional card per turn. Deep Knowledge helps both.
Threat Management
Do not worry about the Doomed 2 on Deep Knowledge just take the 2 and help both decks get setup. Should be worth it. Both decks have 3 Sneak Attack and Gandalf's Search so should be able to work down their threat if need be. With Galadriel lowering threat each turn you should not have much to worry about.
Defense
Use Arwen Undómiel on a lower questing ally with shields first (Silvan Tracker, Haldir of Lórien, Dwalin, Dori) but in a pinch you may want to use on Dáin Ironfoot to get to 4 .
Attack
Unfortunately you are relying heavily on your paired deck for this. You have a little attack those allies you might want to save for attack are Haldir of Lórien, Quickbeam and Dori as long as Dáin Ironfoot is ready and they are not needed for any Dwarf will be stronger as well.
